I have in the past dealt with dozens and dozens of builders and contractors.  From those dozens I would only allow may 3 or 4 to do work on my house or deck.  When looking for someone to enclose my deck I called 3 different contractors.  One was Signature Exteriors and Tyler Dotson and his partner Colin.  We made an appointment for an estimate and Tyler arrived.  He was very personable and polite.  His estimate although not the lowest or the highest, fell within out budget.  The reason we hired him and Colin was their experience and apparent trustworthiness.  We had several meetings in our home concerning our preferences and needs.  He arrived on-time on every occasion.  After the final decision was made, work began.  Products were dropped off and work soon began.  It was extremely cold but his crew was always there. The deck builder was Sebastian.  Sebastian was not just a deck builder but a wood artist.  Every cut had to be just right.  Every detail had to be up to par for Sebastian and Tyler.  The finished product exceeded our expectations.  Work was completed on-time.  I cannot say enough good things about Tyler, Colin and Sebastian.  Their work was phenomenal.  I would give them 10 stars if I could.  You will not be disappointed.
