As soon as I saw the damage to my roof, I called Tyler Dotson. He had replaced a roof for me a few years ago. I was thoroughly satisfied then, and especially happy with the new roof he and his workers put on the house (in a different Georgia town) yesterday. They arrived on time, worked through out the day in the sun and heat. Worked quickly and throughly..again! And, I haven’t seen a dropped roofing nail anywhere in the yard! Great work, thank you!

I would highly recommend Signature Exteriors LLC for all your roofing needs. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup they demonstrated exceptional honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Tyler took the time to explain every step of the process, provided a fair and transparent estimate, and never pressured us into unnecessary work. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our property with care and respect. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the finished roof looks fantastic. It’s refreshing to find a company like Signature Exteriors LLC that truly stands behind its word. If you want dependable service and excellent results, you need to call Tyler from Signature Exteriors LLC. for all your roofing needs.

Thank you so much Tyler Dotson for coming out to our house on the spot during the rainstorm this week and installing a tarp on our roof!! Right after you left, significant rain occurred and without you doing that on demand, I know for a fact this house would be flooded. We really appreciate you and your team. You all really know what you are doing. Anybody I ever come across, your team is the go to TEAM! Thank you once again.

I had my home and storage building roof and gutter systems replaced by Signature Exteriors. They were excellent to work with. They did a thorough and detailed report with lots of photo updates, helped me communicate with my home owner's insurance, and definitely gave my home a beautiful facelift with a solid warranted roof and gutter system. I was very pleased with their communication, timeliness, cost, and excellent workmanship. It was easy to see they take pride in their business. I would highly recommend these honest guys!

Signatures Exteriors LLC did an outstanding job from start to finish on our roof and gutter installation on our house near Helen Georgia. Preston Anderson worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process. He did a fantastic job of keeping us informed. Tyler was very helpful as well. The roof crew did an outstanding job! They worked steady all day long and did super quality work. The same for the two person crew that put on our new gutters. I would 100% recommend Signature Exteriors LLC for your roofing and gutter needs. Preston, Tyler, and their crews are the very best.

First let me start by saying that I am a retired Home Inspector. I have in the past dealt with dozens and dozens of builders and contractors. From those dozens I would only allow may 3 or 4 to do work on my house or deck. When looking for someone to enclose my deck I called 3 different contractors. One was Signature Exteriors and Tyler Dotson and his partner Colin. We made an appointment for an estimate and Tyler arrived. He was very personable and polite. His estimate although not the lowest or the highest, fell within out budget. The reason we hired him and Colin was their experience and apparent trustworthiness. We had several meetings in our home concerning our preferences and needs. He arrived on-time on every occasion. After the final decision was made, work began. Products were dropped off and work soon began. It was extremely cold but his crew was always there. The deck builder was Sebastian. Sebastian was not just a deck builder but a wood artist. Every cut had to be just right. Every detail had to be up to par for Sebastian and Tyler. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Work was completed on-time. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler, Colin and Sebastian. Their work was phenomenal. I would give them 10 stars if I could. You will not be disappointed.
